Melissa and Jeremy | Montecito, California
A perfect wedding in a perfect place. No detail left unnoticed. Two loving people married ten years and their two wonderful daughters. This San Ysidro Ranch wedding was one of the nicest weddings I have ever shot, and though a vow renewal, I think it is the wedding that Jeremy and Melissa wanted all along to make up for a less than perfect wedding ten years ago. When Jeremy contacted me to shoot this special day I was nervous and honored. Why? Jeremy is a wedding photographer of the highest caliber based in southern California. Every part of the day, from where the sun would be, to how much time I would have to shoot each part, was carefully planned out to make my job as easy and fun as possible – with Jeremy’s own experience as a wedding photographer he allowed me to perform at my best and have a great time in the process. If only it was this easy for every wedding!
San Ysidro Ranch is a spectacular place to get married and I think I read on a plaque in the main guest cabin that it is rated the number one resort in America. Crazy! I think it absolutely deserves it. It is not easy to create an elegant yet laid back atmosphere that really pulls you out of time and into a special place that is a mix of log cabin coziness and 100 year old elegant Spanish villa. Thank you Jeremy and Melissa for having me at your wedding, it was truly an honor.
