Jill and Brad | Detroit, Michigan
Sometimes, under the most challenging conditions, I produce my best work. Creating Inn at St John’s wedding photos over New Year’s Eve in Detroit was just such one challenge.
With 16 degree temperatures and windchill dropping that to at least -5, I prepared to shoot Jill and Brad’s wedding entirely indoors. Upon meeting Jill in her bridal suite, I knew that those ‘I hope they will go for it’ locations outside became a possibility. Jill and Brad’s boundless enthusiasm and laid-back attitude, combined with born-and-raised-in-Michigan toughness in regard to weather, allowed us to take advantage of some great areas outside.
Jill and Brad are a lovely couple and I couldn’t imagine being at a better party for New Year’s Eve. Thanks for having me as your photographer!
